tukio.one is for event professionals with a registered business (SAS, SARL, EURL, sole trader, association). At launch, these professions will be welcomed first.

Email, password, address verification. A few minutes.

Identity, business (SIRET, legal form), service area, documents.

Review of your application by the tukio team. Within 24 to 48 working hours.

Stripe account

Separate payment account setup. KYC managed by Stripe.

Create your service listings, photos, prices, availability.

What to prepare

For your pro application

  • A registered business in France (valid SIRET)
  • Valid ID (CNI, passport or residence permit)
  • Proof of business activity (Kbis, INSEE certificate, articles)
  • Professional civil liability insurance
  • A reachable email and phone number

For your payment account

  • A professional bank account in your business name
  • A French or European IBAN (SEPA)
  • The documents required by Stripe for KYC
  • For SAS, SARL, EURL: Kbis less than 3 months old
Payments and payouts

How you get paid, in detail.

Transparency about money is essential. Here's exactly how it works, from the moment the client pays to the transfer to your account.

The client pays

At booking time, the client pays 100% by card or Apple/Google Pay via Stripe.

Funds secured

Money is held by Stripe in an escrow account. You see the booking, but the money isn't yours yet.

Service delivered

On the day, you deliver your service. The client confirms (explicitly or automatically after D+1).

Payout

Stripe transfers the net amount to your IBAN in D+1 to D+3 working days. You receive a confirmation email.

Stripe handles payments, not tukio

We chose Stripe Connect, world leader in marketplace payments. This means your banking details never transit through tukio.one. KYC, PSD2 compliance, anti-fraud, everything is handled by Stripe directly. Your clients see a secure payment, you see your transfers arrive.
